Bower & Birch is a small business in Denver, Colorado. We collect only the information we need to process your reservation or respond to your inquiry, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What We Collect
When you make a reservation or submit an inquiry through our website, we collect:
- Name: to identify your reservation and address you personally
- Email address: to send confirmation details and follow up
- Phone number: optional, used only for pickup coordination
- Event date: to check availability and schedule your pickup
- Message content: any notes or questions you include in your inquiry
How We Use It
We use your information only to:
- Process and fulfill your reservation
- Coordinate your pickup time and answer logistics questions
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the transaction you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. The one exception is Google Analytics, described under Cookies and Tracking below, which receives anonymous usage data but never the name, email address, phone number, or event details you submit through our forms.
Data Retention
Confirmed booking records are retained for three years for business and tax purposes. Inquiry records that don't result in a booking are retained for twelve months, then deleted.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages they read, which structures they look at, and whether they reach our booking or contact forms. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes your IP address on Google's servers. We use it only for aggregate traffic measurement; we have not enabled Google Signals, advertising personalization, or any ad remarketing feature, and we do not send Google Analytics any of the personal information you enter into our forms.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on, by enabling your browser's Do Not Track or tracking-prevention setting, or by blocking cookies for this site. Nothing on this site requires analytics cookies to work — browsing, booking, and contacting us all function normally with them blocked.
We use no advertising pixels and no other third-party trackers. Our fonts and imagery are served from our own domain, so Google Analytics is the only third-party network request this site makes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email reservations@bowerbirch.com. We'll respond within five business days.
Note: confirmed booking records may need to be retained for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting law, even if you request deletion. We'll let you know if that's the case.
